Quote requests and correspondence
When you send a quote request, your name, email, company, selected system, requirements, and optional phone number are sent to Truesig Technologies at sales@truesigtech.com. Requirements may include instrument and timeline details you choose to share. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
The form is processed by our website hosting and email infrastructure. Delivery acceptance means our mail server accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Your browser keeps the form entries on the page if submission fails. Please do not include sensitive files or information before agreeing on an appropriate exchange method with our team.
The email endpoint stores request hashes, acceptance flags, and counters keyed by a hashed network address to limit abuse. These records expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up on the next submission. The endpoint uses these records to prevent duplicate emails. It does not save form contents to a website database. Email correspondence is retained as needed to handle the inquiry and related business or legal obligations.
Optional PostHog analytics
With your consent, we use PostHog US Cloud to count page visits and interactions with links and buttons. Events include the page path, a systematic element ID, and technical information such as browser and device type. Quote events record only attempted, sent, or failed status. We do not send your form entries, URL query strings, or referring URLs in analytics events.
Analytics is off by default. The PostHog library loads only after you accept analytics. Session replay, automatic capture of form contents, advertising tracking, and person profiles are disabled. The SDK is configured to discard IP addresses for analytics processing; network requests still reach the service.
Browser storage
Essential local storage named truesig-privacy-v1 remembers your privacy choice for 180 days, after which we ask again. If your browser blocks storage, the choice applies only while this page is open.
After you accept analytics, PostHog uses local storage beginning with ph_ to remember anonymous analytics identifiers and session information. This integration uses local storage rather than analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics removes this project's analytics storage and stops further collection. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete events already received.
Manage or withdraw consent
Use Cookie settings in the footer or the button below to accept, reject, or change optional analytics. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the quote form remains available either way.
California privacy choices
We do not use this website for cross-context behavioral advertising or the sale of personal information. The “Do not sell or share my personal information” footer control lets you disable optional analytics. We honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal by disabling optional analytics, even if this browser previously accepted it.
European visitors and service providers
We request consent before optional analytics for all visitors, including visitors in the EEA and UK. PostHog US Cloud processes analytics in the United States. Website and email providers may also process data in the countries where their services operate. We use inquiry information to respond to your request and take steps toward a potential business relationship.
Hosting and your rights
The hosting and email providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure their services. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data, or withdraw analytics consent.
