PRECISION MEASUREMENT. INTEGRATED.Talk to an engineer

ABOUT TRUESIG TECHNOLOGIES

Engineering the complete test process.

Precision measurement depends on every connection around the instrument. We bring those connections together.

ONE ENGINEERING VIEW

From instrument
to integrated system.

A test station works best when its electrical, mechanical, and control interfaces are designed together.

  • Instrument integration
  • Test interfaces & fixtures
  • Motion & positioning
  • PCB feeding & handling
  • Coordinated test control

Electronic test. Connected by engineering.

Truesig Technologies specializes in system integration and automation for electronic test. We connect measurement instruments, test interfaces, precision motion, software control, and PCB handling into a coordinated workflow for engineering and production environments.

Our focus is the complete process: how a board enters the station, how it is located, how the measurement reaches the device, and how the result moves into the next step. Each interface matters. Designing them together is what turns individual pieces of equipment into a practical test system.

Our test strategy

We begin with the measurement you need to make. The board, connector, test access, and electrical requirements guide the choice of instrument, probe, fixture, and automation approach.

A preferred VNA or existing analyzer can be the starting point. We review its capabilities and control interfaces, then define the surrounding system to suit the application. The scope can extend from instrument control and recurring test sequences to automated positioning, board feeding, loading, and unloading.

We consider the workflow as a whole, so decisions about electrical performance and mechanical access support the same test objective.

Designed around the application

High-speed PCB testing, assembled-board impedance measurement, and recurring validation tasks place different demands on a system. We work from those differences instead of assuming one configuration will fit every board.

The engineering discussion covers test-point access, probe and fixture changes, measurement settings, material flow, and the operator’s role. Where product changeovers or future requirements are known, we include them in the configuration review before committing to the design.

The result is a defined integration scope with clear interfaces, project assumptions, and acceptance criteria.

A practical engineering relationship

Good integration continues beyond selecting hardware. We work with customers to define how the system will be evaluated, which sample boards and test procedures will be used, and what the complete sequence needs to demonstrate.

Commissioning, documentation, training, and support requirements are discussed as part of the project scope. This keeps the quotation connected to the way the equipment will be introduced and used.

Whether you need to automate one measurement or connect a test station to a broader manufacturing process, the starting point is the same: understand the application, define the interfaces, and verify the complete workflow.
